Bass
Tom Machula has been in Barbershopping
for 38 years. He is a charter member of the St. Cloud Singing Saints Chorus and
over the years has sung in many chapter quartets. He has also served in various
chapter leadership roles and is currently president of the Singing Saints chapter. Tom
is retired and lives in St.
Cloud with his wife, Karen. They have three grown children
and one grandchild. When Tom is not singing, you will likely find him fishing
or hunting.
Baritone
Jeff Goenner has been involved
in barbershopping for most of his life. He “tagged” along with his
Dad to chorus rehearsals even in elementary school. Jeff has a natural feel and
ability for the craft, which serves him well in his role as the Director of the Singing Saints Chorus. Jeff has also served in several chapter positions over the years and has sung in various chapter quartets. Jeff lives in Sauk Rapids with his wife Roxann and is the proud father of two teenage
daughters. He is a Route Sales Rep for G&K Services.
Tenor
Kurt Hoesly is the only non-original
member of Final Answer. He joined the group in 2004 and is an assistant director
with the Saints. He had been a long time barbershopper from his days growing
up in northern Wisconsin and more recently with the Aberdeen
Chapter in South Dakota. Kurt is
single and still enjoys going back to his parents’ Wisconsin farm to help with the farm and dairy
operation.
Lead
Tom Mulder
is from Alexandria, MN and has been singing barbershop for over 25 years. He was formerly the lead for the popular central Minnesota
quartet called the Music Makers and has been a member of the Montevideo and Willmar,
MN chapters previous to joining the Singing Saints. Tom is also busy with vocal
solo work with his church and community. Tom is an Independent Financial Planner and he and his wife, Jeanne are are the proud parents of 4 grown children
and 3 grandchildren.
